How to use Blinko?

1. Install plugin
2. In Figma or FigJam, go to the plugin menu and run the Blinko plugin
3. Set a timer based on your availability
4. Collapse the plugin
5. When the time runs out, repeat the exercises and follow the instructions
6. Take a 2-4 hour break between exercises
7. Exercise three times a day regularly

How to activate a Pro license?

1. In Figma or FigJam, go to the plugin menu and run the Blinko plugin
2. Click on the "Upgrade to Pro" button located at the top of the plugin
3. Go to the "Activate your license key" section
4. Paste your license key, and press the "Verify license" button
